Your foot bears a lot of weight, actually 1.5 times your body weight while you walk and up to 5 times when you run, being our natural shock absorbers. There are 26 bones in each foot, 19 muscles, 10 tendons and 107 ligaments. There are also 250,000 sweat glands.

Application: Massage a few drops of oil into your feet. To really let your oil soak in, cover with some socks for a while or overnight.
