Because of the large linalool component in Lavender Essential Oil, our Lavender Body Butter can assist with preparing for sleep by helping the body to relax and wind down. Lavender can also assist with staying asleep for longer periods of time and can assist to stay asleep.

Unwind Roll-On: Use in the afternoon and before sleep on muscles and pressure points to unwind by calming and clearing your mind and relaxing your muscles.

Lavender Soap: Use in the shower at night before sleeping to enhance calmness to the body and start your sleep routine cleansing away any negative or unwanted energy.

Lavender Floral Water can be used to spritz on yourself, your pillow or simply in the room for a calming effect prior to sleep. Can also be used as a toner before applying the Lavender Body Butter.

Lavender Body Butter: A great natural all-round butter that moisturisers by balancing sebum, softens and smooths rough dry skin and improves elasticity. It can assist in fighting free-radicals and calm blemishes for toned looking skin.

Sleep Mask: Hand-made specially for comfort to block out any distractions when lying down to sleep. Close your eyes and say goodnight to all your body parts from the toes up.
