• 1 x Spearmint (Mentha spicata)

Your Kit will allow you to fill the glass bottle over 2 times making 492g and bath approximately 4 times

If you do not have a bath, use a foot spa or use Muslin Bag and tie around your shower head or drap over your shoulder.
